Our Services


We provide tax preparation services for individuals, sole proprietor businesses, partnerships, real estate investors, LLCs, and S Corporations. We service clients all over the U.S. and are licensed to prepare returns in all applicable states. Our fees are all inclusive and there are no extra charges for e-Filing.

Virtual Tax

We provide virtual tax services to clients all over the world. Using our secure online portal we can take the stress away of having to schedule an appointment and meet during inconvenient business hours. Simply upload your documents and RELAX while we optimize your taxes! We also make sure to always have open lines of communication to let you know where returns are in our system.


We do not manage or invest your money for our clients. Rather, we provide holistic financial planning guidance around the main focus points in a comprehensive financial plan. These include taxes, investments, retirement, college savings, insurance and estate planning needs. Our services are typically billed hourly.


Tax planning is a crucial component of our services. We provide our clients with tips and suggestions on how to best lower their tax liabilities. About Us

Professional Tax Services, LLC  is committed to providing out clients with the best possible service we can provide. We pride ourselves in being able to provide one-on-one service and guidance during tax time. We work hard to make sure that you are paying the lowest amount of tax allowed by law. Not every tax strategy is right for every client, but we will make sure to present you with different scenarios and strategies and explain the pros and cons related to each. The Team

Neil Narvaez is the owner and principal of Professional Tax Services LLC. As an IRS Enrolled Agent, he is a federally-authorized tax practitioner who has technical expertise in the field of taxation and who is empowered by the U.S. Department of the Treasury to represent taxpayers before all administrative levels of the Internal Revenue Service for audits, collections, and appeals. Neil earned his BS, MA, and MS degrees in Industrial Technology, Education, and Taxation respectively, from San Jose State University. In 2003, after receiving his MBA from the University of Arizona, he decided to pursue personal financial planning in order to expand his knowledge and to add value to the services he provides to his tax clients. He successfully passed the examination and licensing requirements to become a Certified Financial Planner (CFP) in 2008. As an Enrolled Agent and CFP, Neil is required to complete over 50 hours of continuing education each year. So you can rest assured that all of the latest tax changes will be explained to you in a clear and concise manner.

This is the number one question we get. Unfortunately we cannot provide an accurate quote without seeing all of the work required to complete your return. Every person’s tax situation is different and there is no one-size-fits-all solution. As a baseline, our MINIMUM personal return fee starts at $225 and go up from there depending on the work involved. We do not charge by the hour, but rather based on the forms and work required to complete your return. Our fees are all-inclusive. There are no extra charges for e-Filing or for your state return; however, there is an additional charge for more than one state tax return preparation.

If all you have is a W2 then we might not be the right solution for your needs. We would be glad to take you on as a client, but again our minimum fees start at $225.

Our motto is that we make tax time easier. Having a professional prepare your returns not only reduces your stress over having to spend hours (or days) completing your returns, but you can also be assured that our staff has the necessary knowledge and experience to maximize your tax refunds or reduce your tax liabilities within the limits of the law.

We do not provide this service. In order to “verify” your results, we would have to take the time to complete your return from scratch in order to make sure every entry was correctly entered. We simply don’t have the time to do that during the tax season.
